Bookend goals by senior Michael Castillo led our boys in blue to victory tonight over Morningside 2-1. A must-win keeps the flame alive for playoffs. A terrific night for varsity as seniors Andrew Gomez, Eric Espeleta, Nikko Sanchez, Michael Castillo, Arnold Castillo, Ivan Aquino, and Miguel Ramirez Romo stepped up big time. Special mention for Eric Duenas for playing hurt and with heart, along with other juniors standouts Julien Prestridge and Christian Umana. Terrific minutes from sophomore Chris Echeverria as forward who set up the winning penalty kick in the second half.

This was a huge team win, along with a JV victory earlier 1-nil led to perfect night for the lads!
