Dear Culver City High School Supporter:

The Culver City High School Boosters Club is a non-profit organization comprised of parents, teachers/staff, coaches, alumni, and community members dedicated to supporting students involved in athletics, clubs, and various programs on campus. The Boosters Club raises money to pay for supplies, equipment, uniforms, coach salaries, transportation, and tournament fees. During the 2009-2010 school year, the Boosters Club provided more than $20,000 in financial support. To offset budget cutbacks for 2010-2011, the Club is aiming to DOUBLE this amount this year.

It is expected that every family with a student who participates on a sports teams or in a school club during the 2010-2011 school year will become a member of the Boosters Club. Widespread membership will help maintain a wide range of opportunities for our students at CCHS.

The e-scrip program is an important (and easy!) fundraiser for the Boosters Club. Once you are enrolled in the program, the leading grocery stores will donate a percentage of your purchases to the Boosters Club. This donation does not affect your grocery bill and comes at no cost to you. We will enroll you in the program and keep your information confidential.

Our kick-off meeting for the new year will be Monday, August 23rd at 7:00PM in the CCHS Teachers Lounge, and meetings will be the second Monday of each month thereafter.
